This new road will be a combination of a new tunnel from I-295 to Kings Hwy, a new elevated expressway to Belt Pkwy, then run concurrent with Belt Pkwy to Sunrise Highway, where a new elevated expressway will be built to Route 109, and then use the existing Sunrise Highway to its eastern terminus in Shinnecock Hills. The existing NY 27 sections will be listed as Local and the Highway as Express where needed.
