From the western terminus of the current US 4 limited access highway, I-92 will follow the orange line eventually connecting with it's western terminus at I-87. The exit will be just north of NY 149 and before entrance into Adirondack Park.

With I-92 taking over the highway, VT 4 is moved to current VT 4A

EASTBOUND: Thru truck traffic will continue east on I-92 (co-signed as Truck Route VT 4)

From I-89 south of the NH 10 exit in Grantham, the route through western NHand VT is outlined in orange, eventually connecting with the eastern terminus of the former US 4 limited access highway.

I-92 is a brand new interstate that goes from Hampton, NH to Lake George, NY.

Remaining portion of old NH 101 will be resigned as a Business Spur of I-92.
